WHAT TO EXPECT

To provide the most positive and relaxing experience for your pet, I prefer to come to your home.  Your pet will feel more secure in their own environment.

It is best if we can be in a quiet room with minimal distractions.  We work on the floor, on the carpet or on a mat which I will provide.

During the first visit, I will be getting to know you and your pet and vice versa.  Sometimes it can take a little longer to build trust and acceptance with a pet.  This can be part of the process.  I like to use treats for trust and relationship building.  If your pet is not treat motivated, please let me know so we can explore other options.  It can sometimes be 2-3 visits before your pet is comfortable with touching.  The three of us are a team and I welcome your input.  You know your pet better than anyone else. 

Each session will last between 30-40 minutes.

Please let your pet use the bathroom prior to the massage.

I am based in Henrico County and serve the greater Richmond area.  Additional travel cost may apply outside of this area.
